Yes, pre-existing conditions are covered immediately
for groups enrolling 5 or more employees and for groups
enrolling less than 4 employees, pre-existing conditions
are covered after six months.
- What are the deductibles and co-insurance payments
for this plan? Coverage is first dollar coverage with
no deductibles, no co-insurance, and no co-pays for
the program's fixed indemnity medical benefits. The
Prescription portion does however have a small copay.
